The image of St George and the Dragon is one of the most famous designs. Its been featured on the British gold Soveriegn since 1817 . Its been found in religious texts, sculptures, and petroglyphs around the world.

 

 

The coins obverse is graced with the fifth effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The stunning rendition of St. George & the Dragon on the reverse is the work of famed artist, Etienne Milner.  The Dragon represents the devil, with the moral being that good always prevails over evil.

 

The 2020 Valiant is struck in 1 troy ounce of .9999 fine silver with a proof-like finish. Each coin arrives in remarkable condition housed in a new Direct-fit capsule.
