ABS Bullion offers free domestic shipping on orders totaling $99 or more. Any order less than $99 includes a low fee of $4.95. Orders over $600 will require a signature from someone over the age of 18 years old at the address listed on the shipping label.

After you place an order at ABS Bullion, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and the tracking number for your order. You can track your order’s progress from the time of creation until your order is delivered. All orders ship within 3 days of cleared payment. An email will be sent notifying you that your order has shipped.

You can track your order by logging on to ABSBullion.com, clicking on the “My Account” section, and clicking on your order number. Orders can also be tracked via the USPS and UPS websites by simply logging on and entering your tracking number.

All items are digitally photographed, and our shipping process is recorded. We follow a set of standards ensuring the correct items are packaged and the quality is as described. This is done to protect both us and our customers.

In the rare event that an issue arises, we will be able to backtrack and help find the source of the issue. If a mistake is made on the part of ABS or its employees, we will rectify the situation. Depending on the nature of the problem, it may include sending out the correct item, a full return of the purchase price plus shipping, or an exchange of equal value.
