On November 12th 1993, the world of mixed martial arts would forever be changed. The first official UFC event took place becoming an instant sensation. Today the UFC is a multi-billion dollar company with tens of millions of fans throughout the world.
The 2023 UFC 30th Anniversary Coin features the Public Seal of Niue on the obverse. This emblem, adopted in 2021, features a stylized tree encircled by a 14-seashell garland. The emblem is topped with a crown while two katoua flank the image.
The reverse side of the UFC 30th Anniversary Coin displays a large number 30 at the center with the 0 in the shape of an octagon, paying homage to the popular combat sport.
