The 2023 release depicts one of the most popular eggs of the series, the Faberge Egg with Watch. A limited mintage of only 999 proof coins were struck with only 500 sold internationally.
Faberge Easter eggs were created by goldsmith and jeweler Peter Carl Fabergé for the Russian Royal family during the late 19th century. The stunning eggs were crafted with precious metals and gemstones. Each would open concealing a surprise including gems, watches, portraits and even a tiny train.
The featured 2023 Niue Fabergé egg coin is struck in 16.81 grams of .999 fine silver in a proof finish. Direct from the mint, each coin arrives in an elegant unopened display case along with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
