The 2014 Canadian bald eagle is the first release in the “Birds of Prey” series following the success of the Canadian Wildlife series. Each coin was designed by famed artist Emily Damstra.

The series features some of Canada’s predator birds. They include the Peregrine Falcon, the Red-Tailed Hawk, the Great Horned Owl, and the Canadian Bald Eagle.

The 2014 Canadian Bald Eagle is struck in 1 troy oz of .9999 fine silver. The obverse features the 4th Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features a bald eagle in flight.
