Geiger Edelmetalle Was founded in the early 13th century, when its founders helped establish Germany’s silver trade in Leipzig. Today, the family-owned and operated company is located in nearby Saxony, at the grand Schloss Güldengossa Castle. Their production facilities sit besides the castle in a nearly abandoned 1930s factory.
Geiger Edelmetalle is among the most respected names in precious metals. Geiger Edelmetalle has made significant contributions to the precious metals industry by introducing new and innovative security features. Unlike most bars that have smooth edges, their bars feature a unique reeded edge with security lines similar to those found on coins. This enhances the security and authenticity of their bars.
Their flagship square bars feature the majestic Schloss Güldengossa castle on the obverse. A repeating pattern of the “LEV” logo with a varnish invisible to the naked eye is added on the reverse.
