The featured 2017 Canadian Maple Leaf is proof struck in 1/2 troy oz of .9999 pure silver. It celebrates Canada’s 150 year anniversary.
The obverse is graced with the right-profile effigy of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. The portrait was designed by famed artist Susan blunt and featured on all Canadian maple leafs since 2003.
The reverse features a lone, solemn branch with two small maple leaves clinging to the end of it. Engravings include the words “150 Years” along with the date and the designers initials “2017”.
