The Argor Heraeus logo is struck on the reverse along with the metal content, weight, purity, and mint mark. A unique serial number is also featured on the reverse with the series mintage of 18,888 bars.

The obverse bears a depiction of a Chinese dragon with its body contorted. The Chinese symbol for a dragon is also featured on the obverse. Fresh from the mint, each new bar arrives in a theme-designed red assay card.
