The Pressburg mint has led the way using the most innovative laser engraving technology. It’s allowed them to achieve a higher level of quality, with the razor sharp details resulting in some of the most captivating coin designs.
The popular Chronos series focuses on the passage of time, inspired by famous Greek philosopher Heraclitus. It debuted in 2015 as a series of 1 oz silver rounds. It became legal tender in 2019 as it was issued by the island of Tokelau.
Each year, the Chronos series features a new design with focal point being a clock with the time set to 5 minutes before 12:00 o’clock. The coins obverse features the island nation of Tokelau national seal.
The Pressburg mint is produces coins in both brilliant uncirculated, and in with a proof-like finish. The featured coin is the latter. Each coin arrives in remarkable condition, housed in a new air-tite capsule to help protect that beautiful luster.
