Since its release in 1987, the Britannia has captivated investors and collectors throughout the world. The modern Britannia was designed by famed engraver Philip Nathan and has remained virtually unchanged since it debuted.

Britannia is depicted as a resolute female figure holding a trident and an olive branch while resting beside a Union Flag-bearing shield.

The featured Britannia is struck in 5 troy oz of .999 pure silver with a fixed mintage (yet to be released).

The obverse bears the first official portrait of His Majesty, King Charles III.

The reverse side of the coin features a new breathtaking design by Bradley Morgan Johnson. Britannia is depicted behind a sea of rolling waves that lead to a burst of sun rays. A beautiful representation of Britannia’s maritime connection to the sea.

Each coin is housed in the Royal Mint’s elegant display box along with a numbered certificate of authenticity and information booklet.
