The Diamond Diadem coin features a depiction of the royal headpiece that has appeared in countless portraits of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
The coins obverse bears the fifth effigy of the late Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse depicts the crowns four crosses pattée and floral sprays layered in rhodium. Swarovski crystals replicate the crowns priceless gems giving it a diamond-like sparkle.
The 2022 Canadian Diamond Diadem is proof struck in 1 troy ounce of .9999 pure silver. Mintage was set at just 4500 coins which sold out in a few days. Direct from the mint, the coin arrives in a custom capsule housed in the RCM’s signature display box. It includes a numbered certificate of authenticity.
